Planning Your Expedition
We encourage detailed conversation before booking. Mountain expeditions require proper preparation, and we want to ensure each participant understands what they're committing to.
What to Include in Your Inquiry:
- Which expedition interests you, or describe your ideal mountain experience
- Your previous hiking or climbing experience level
- Preferred time of year (we can advise on optimal seasons for specific routes)
- Any physical considerations that might affect route selection
- Specific interests (photography, geology, botany, etc.) we should account for
Response Process:
We typically respond within 24 hours with initial feasibility assessment. For custom expeditions, we schedule a detailed consultation call to discuss logistics, requirements, and expectations.
Complex inquiries requiring route planning or special arrangements may take 2-3 days for comprehensive response.
Visiting Our Office
Our Cape Town office is accessible via public transport and located in the city center. Street parking available but limited. We recommend the parking garage on Strand Street (5-minute walk).
Office visits are by appointment only. We maintain expedition planning materials, gear samples for inspection, and detailed route information for review.
